Rania Badr El Din is a pioneer, a seasoned social entrepreneur, a certified parent educator and foremost a proud mother of three. Her passion is to improve the lives of families in Egypt by providing mothers of all socio-economic classes with essential up-to-date information, free of charge, a passion which she has pursued relentlessly for over 25 years. Rania envisions a future of healthy, happy and informed women and children, in loving and supportive families that help them reach their potential.
Rania holds a BA in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo, is a graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 women program, a Cherie Blair Foundation mentee, a mother of 3, a certified Parent educator, certified NLP, Hypnosis Master Practitioner, and a happiness consultant.
Amina El Fayoumy

Amina El Fayoumy brings 20 years of experience in development, journalism and mass media to Mother & Child. Her work ethic and expertise as an editor and writer are invaluable to the team, and being a mother of three is a plus! Amina has a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.
Rehab is Mother & Child’s Administration Manager since the year 2000, with over 20 years of experience in planning meetings and events, managing deadlines and schedules as well as resolving difficult customer and admin situations. She has been a valuable member of the Mother & Child team for the past 20 years and an integral part of our rich journey
Dina El Nadi
Social Media Specialist and Arabic Editor
Dina is responsible for creating and executing the social media strategy, in addition to generating, editing and publishing daily content on the different social media platforms.
Mohamed Abo Alam
Product Development Consultant
Mohamed has a strong business development and digital marketing background and brings passion and innovation to the project. He is consulted on strategic decision-making and his company handles all IT and social media requirements.
