Parsley Pesto


Parsley Pesto

In a blender add a big bunch of flat leaf parsley, a handful of walnuts, a garlic clove, a small jar of capers (rinsed with water first) and some extra virgin olive oil. Don’t blend it too smooth. Serve with tagliatelle pasta. After you mix the pasta with the parsley pesto, add some walnuts on top and Parmesan cheese (don’t add Parmesan to the blender!)
