 Marinated Chicken with Potatoes

  1. Get your chicken pieces smothered in a good amount of Lebanese zaatar, 3 limes, salt and pepper.
  2. Place into an oven proof dish, and add a small amount of water.
  3. Cover in foil and place into a hot oven of 180 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
  4. Cut some potatoes into thick, round slices.
  5. Boil for ten minutes then remove from the water and place into another oven proof dish.
  6. Add lots of finely chopped garlic, fresh rosemary, sea salt, freshly ground pepper and olive oil.
  7. Place into the oven for half an hour until they cook.
