Mango Salad

 

Mango Salad

  1. Wash 3 bunches of rucola (gargir) well. Set aside to dry.
  2. Peel 3 ripe mangoes. Slice them lengthwise. Set aside.
  3. On a flat serving plate spread out the rucola, add the sliced mango pieces, add a handful of halved cherry tomatoes, sprinkle a handful of fresh coriander, and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  4. Season with a little salt and fresh ground black pepper, drizzle a little sesame oil all over, and some honey and serve!
