- Cook and drain your spaghetti until al dente. Leave 3 tbsp of water behind.
- Place the pasta and left over water in a large serving bowl.
- Drizzle some olive oil, add a large handful of fresh rucola (gargir), a large handful of grated Rumi cheese, 10 peeled and chopped black olives, half a tsp of ground red chili pepper all in to the spaghetti and mix well.
- Season with some freshly ground pepper and sprinkle more cheese on top and serve.
