Grilled Liver with Figs

  1. Add some butter to the pan.
  2. Slice the figs in halves lengthwise, and place in the pan skin side down.
  3. Now add the liver and cook to your liking. Season with salt and fresh pepper.
  4. Add a small dollop of honey to the dish.
  5. At the end add 2 teaspoons of balsamic cream, and serve with mashed potatoes or potato cakes. If you’re on a calorie count, then have some steamed veggies of your choice!
