Ginger Chicken in a Wok
Get out your wok and add a half cup of corn oil.
Cook a half kilo of cubed chicken pieces for 5 minutes then set aside.
Using the same oil add in 4 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tsp of finely sliced red pepper, and 3 tbsp of shredded fresh ginger. Mix well till the ginger softens.
Add the chicken back in and mix well together.
Add in a tsp of palm sugar or granulated brown sugar, mix well, then add in a half cup of coconut cream and mix for a minute.
Now add 2 egg yolks to thicken the cream, and stir for another minute.
When serving add a little fresh coriander on top, serve with white rice.
