Foul ya Foul

Pour a good lug of oil to your pan.

Add 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, and stir for a few minutes.

Add in 2 tsp of cumin, half a tsp of red chili pepper, and stir for a minute.

Add 1 finely sliced green pepper, and stir.

Then add in 1 chopped tomato, and stir.

Add 1 tsp of tomato paste, and season with some salt and fresh black pepper.

Now add 2 cans of foul to the mix and stir well for 10 minutes, simmer, and sprinkle a handful of fresh parsley before serving.

Balady bread and a cup of tahina will do nicely on the side.
