Fillet With Roquefort Cheese

  1. Add a knob of butter to your non stick pan.
  2. Cook your fillet pieces to your liking on both sides. Remove from the fire.
  3. Add some freshly ground black pepper and a small amount of salt to the meat .
  4. In the same pan, reduce heat to simmer, add in crumbled Roquefort cheese until they soften.
  5. Add half a cup of cooking cream to that.
  6. Simply pour this over the fillets and serve.
How easy is that?!
