Fillet With Roquefort Cheese
- Add a knob of butter to your non stick pan.
- Cook your fillet pieces to your liking on both sides. Remove from the fire.
- Add some freshly ground black pepper and a small amount of salt to the meat .
- In the same pan, reduce heat to simmer, add in crumbled Roquefort cheese until they soften.
- Add half a cup of cooking cream to that.
- Simply pour this over the fillets and serve.
