Drink Yourself Skinny Detox Water
Water. The easiest, and yet most neglected tip for weight loss and overall health.
Did you know that your body is made up of between 60-75% water? It’s no surprise that how much you drink can affect your health. Too much water could result in mineral imbalances, while too little could cause dehydration, headaches or fatigue.Many times I have clients who seem to be doing everything right but can’t seem to shift stubborn weight. When I ask about water consumption, it always comes down to too little.
You should be drinking 33ml of water per kg of body weight EVERY DAY. So if you weigh 60kg that’s 1.98 liters a day.
And that doesn’t include water in teas, or juices or any other drinks. Just water. But water can be boring to drink, I agree and with winter coming up, we don’t get as thirsty. And so to help you get into the habit and to add a weight loss punch to your water, recharge with water infusions. Not only can you flush away toxicity, but you can also add vital nutrients and minerals to your water.
Rinse grapefruit, tangerine, cucumber, and peppermint leaves. Slice the cucumber, grapefruit, and tangerine. Then combine all ingredients in a pitcher. Allow ingredients to sit as long as possible for maximum benefits. Drink this skinny drink all day to flush toxicity away.
