Avocados are NOT FATTENING.

Avocados contribute to a healthier heart, better skin, help you lose weight and treat or avoid serious health problems like diabetes and arthritis.

Avocados contains all 6 human nutritional needs in abundance:

Natural sugar
Vitamins
Minerals

And did you know avocados are actually fruits?

Eat up and enjoy:)
