Creamy Chicken Curry

  1. Get a large pan and add 3 tbsp of oil.
  2. Add in a chopped onion, and when the onion starts to sweat add: 6 peeled cardamoms, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 tbsp of biryani powder then add in 1 kilo of cubed chopped chicken breasts.
  3. Stir on a simmering fire.
  4. In a blender add 30 pieces of unsalted cashew nuts and one small onion with a little water and blend till creamy. Add this to the chicken.
  5. Season with a little salt, then add 1 cup of peeled chopped tomatoes and 1 tsp of red paste.
  6. Now add in 3 yoghurts, and stir.
  7. Serve with rice.
