Breaded Cauliflower




Breaded Cauliflower

Separate 1 medium cauliflower into medium sized florets and soak in salted water with 1 tbsp of cumin (for 5 minutes).

Rinse with cold water.

Mix 2 tbsp of flour, 2 eggs, half a cup of milk, and a bunch of chopped parsley in a bowl.

Coat the cauliflower with the mixture and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve hot.
