1 ثمرة بتنجان مشوي
1 بصلة صغيرة مشوية
2 فص توم
2 معلقة كبيرة خل
3 معالق كبار طحينة
عصير ليمونة
ملح وفلفل وكمون
الطريقة :
نقطع البتنجان من النص بالسكينة بحيث مانوصلش للأخر أو نعمل شقوق فيها بحيث تساعدها على الشوي من جوه
نشوى البتنجان على شبكة الفرن أو على البوتاجاز أو على شواية ومعاه بصلة صغيرة… هنتأكد انها استوت لما نحط الشوكة فى قلبها وتتحط بسهولة.. نستنى لما تبرد ونقشر الجزء الأسود ونتخلص منه، بعد كده نهرسها بالشوكة أو في الكبة مع باقي المكونات.. ونحط على الوش رشة زيت زيتون..
